● Based on customer need, we analyzed various brand designs & developed

Design task :Customer wish to introduce clip fan, which is a handy model

● Based on customer need, we analyzed applicable environment&developed
an optimized clif fan model manufaucturable in plastic material, on cost effective & ergonomic aspects.
● Structural analysis is also done prior to prototype development.

Achievement : Succeeded in right first time design. Decreased design iterations, reduced tooling&Mfg. cost.

III.Title : Domestic Flour Mill with wet grinding attachment

Client : Anand Domestic Appliances(p) Ltd. Coimbatore.

Design task : Customer wish to introduce dry grinding attachment with
their existing wet grinder without modifying its skeleton to avoid initial
investment cost & to reuse existing mold.

Based on design calculations, the dry grinder attachment has been modeled
&assembled with their existing wet grinder model to suit reqd. speed&load.

Using PRO Mechanism design, we added joint definitions, drivers &
visualized the range of motion & modified the adjacent assy to avoid
interference between them. by studying the assy in motion we evaluate
functional behavior including working envelope & interference, which
helped us to modify the existing housing mold.

Achievement : Succeeded in right first time design alteration Decreased design iterations, reduced tooling&Mfg. cost.

box for its Assy.

Design abstract : Grooved cam deliver a translatory motion along horizontal
axis to its follower which is fitted with Thread guide
through which the yarn is wounded evenly over
yarn bobbins.
Design task : to analyze range of motion prior to prototype .
: to check any interference with adjacent assemblies.
: to design a covering box for the grooved cam assy.

Based on design calculations, the grooved cam&its follower assembly has been modelled&assembled to suit reqd. translation.
Using PRO Mechanism design, we added joint definitions,drivers & visualized the range of motion & modified the adjacent assy to avoid interference between them.By studying the assy in motion we evaulate functional behavior including working envelope & interference, which helped us to develop optimized covering box design.
