Responsibilities:---

As an SAP-Abap/4 Consultant of Somaiya Group Of Industries, Responsible for Programming in ABAP/4.
Ø SAP exposure: FI/CO, SD, MM, & PM.
Ø Workbench exposure: Create, test and maintain BDCs to automate standard SAP transactions, barcode scanners calling remote functions would trigger these. Create, test and maintain function modules to provide an interface between the barcode scanners and SAP. Edit and maintain Purchasing documents under the SAP script method. Create, test and maintain custom reports for FI/CO, MM, SD, & PM. Create user menus and transactions for custom reports and programs. Analyse and improve performance on existing reports and programs. Provide interfaces for data conversion during implementation. Create, test and maintain custom dialog screens.

Batch Data Communication (BDC) :

Ø BDC Done – MM01, F-02, KSO1, KE51, IE01, IE02, IL02, IA01,
IB01, QS21, XD01 For all these Transaction’s.

Enhancements :

Ø User Exits, Field Exits, Routines are applied on prising procedure used and amendment is done in pricing.

Scripts :

ü Worked on SAP Scripts for Invoice Printing.
ü Created new layout sets and also modified existing system layout sets.
ü Included Company logo to the existing Layout sets.
ü Used Sap script to design and print Purchase Order with company logo.
ü Developed Outline Agreement, RFQ, Credit & Debit Memo Layout sets.
ü Modified the SAP script layouts for Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and Excise Invoice, Delivery Invoice.

Ø Generated reports in SD, MM, FI, QM & PM.
Ø Application Area Created Basic Reports using ALV (ABAP list Viewer) and Interactive Reports.

ü Billing Details (SD): Report gives the legacy billing details Basic excise, Central S.T., Local S.T., Surcharges.
ü Sales Register (SD): Report gives the information region wises, business Area wise, batch wise, party wise sales report.
ü Daily vendor Dues (FI): Report gives information of Daily Vendor outstanding, covers right from P.O. To I.R.(invoice verifications)
ü Daily in-process Analysis (QM): Report gives the information of In-Process analysis parameters average Result for the month.

SAP R/3 - ABAP/4 Skills :

Ø Reports : Simple Lists, Interactive Lists, Drill Down and Matrix Reports, Development of reports using standard logical databases in PP, SD, MM, FI.
