1. Title : Road Accident Analysis For Tamilnadu police
Description : This project has been developed for Tamilnadu Police. The whole project has been divided into 2 modules . One module will run at their Head quarter, Which will produce a consolidated report from the input given by districts. District level data’s are transferred through mail to state Head quarter which is used as input in head quarter. Other Module is for all districts. A form ,contains all details, describing the reason for accident like place of accident , time of accident , nature, weather condition , road type and fault committed by whom. By the data’s given as input, we can generate prescribed 19 reports approved by Govt of India. APRAA (Asia Pacific Road accident Analysis) committee which analyze about the road accident in National wise. This solution has been developed as per the APRAA’s Instruction .This project is to consolidate the reports in National wise , state wise , District wise and also the individual station wise.

2.Title : PORTAL SITE FOR ALL ENGINEERING COLLEGES

Description : This portal site is developed for Engineering college students. It is an integrated site for all Engineering college can enter individually with it’s identical login and pass word. We have given the provision for Principal, Lecturers and parents and Students. Individual mail id and password provision given for all level. Parent can interact with Lecturer who is teaching their son/ daughter through mail id. Attendance system , syllabus system, Fees details like Hostel fee, Mess fee, Exam fee, Semester fee details are included .It varies college to college. So, Individual login has been given to each every one. Even Database skeleton also varies from college to college depends upon their facility available there. A parent can get the whole information about his/ her son/ daughter through this site. The same way lecturer can view the progress of the student. All mark details like Internal and External details are given. For speeding up the service individual DSN has been created for each and every college .Under this DSN , tables corresponding to the colleges are fetched..

Parents can directly interact with teachers of their child. Individual mail id given to
every parents. Schools are grouped depends upon the categories like State board, Central Board And Matriculation schools. All the school details are available district wise.
To entertain the students , different kinds of games are added.
Also games like , to improve their arithmetic and to check their vocabulary strength
has been included. So totally it is an full formatted Students Information System. Individual logins are given for Students , parents, teacher and Principal

6.Title : ONLINE SHOPPING

Description : Materials are splited into several headings depends upon the product. Under each heading individual table is created and item name , it’s selling price is stored. All the table heading is stored in another Main table.This main table is displayed, containing anchor links for each title connecting to their items. For future extension, this design will be very helpful to add items further more items. It won’t affect the existing project.
Session tracking has been used to pass the information from one class file to another. Hash Table is also used to store the purchase items for final bill preparation. Client side validation is included.
User name and pass word is stored in the database. For new users, we have given registration facility to add them as customer in this company.

7.Title : ONLINE TEST
Description : This project was developed for the purpose of selecting the Candidate. Different subject options has been given. A candidate can select any subject to write the examination. In the Main page, The candidate should write his name and mention his option by selecting from option button. For every candidate automatic enrolment number is given. Name, default system date is accessed as examination date are kept in database. After selecting the subject, corresponding subject question paper is Displayed one by one. The candidate should complete his examination with in a particular duration. For each subject, Individual table is maintained with questions and different 5 answers and with correct answer. Questions are randomly selected without repeatation. After completing the examination, finally the result is declared, showing their marks obtained, subject name and candidate name. In this project, Session tracking is used to pass the information from one class file to another.

9. Title : Cost Estimation System.

Description : This project was primarily developed to calculate the lead rate for the materials
supplied by the supply department. This system calculates the total lead cost for the entire
materials for varying distances. This system will also list out the details of labor required to complete a job. This system uses various mathematical formulas by capturing the relevant input from the site engineers who are involved in cost estimation.

Contribution: I was involved in design and implementation of graphical user interface module using visual basic to capture the user input and implementation of mathematical formulaes in the system.

10. Title : Order Processing System for Gas Agency.

Description : This project was developed to cater all gas agencies that are primarily dealing with gas supply to end customers. The system basically collects all customer details such as customer personal details, usage of gas. This system generates periodically a report on the customer to remind about the need of gas cylinders. This system will also keep track of all the payment and balance details.
This system will also collect orders from the customers via email. There is an email-processing module that will periodically check for all emails and upload the emails in the database.

Contribution: I was involved in requirement analysis, design and development of email-processing module. All the emails that are collected will be stored in a specified directory. A timer will periodically poll for the files in the email directory. If it finds any files in email directory it reads all the customer data and uploads into the database.
