This company is engaged in manufacturing sheet metal assemblies formajor automobile industries TELCO &INDUSTAN MOTORS.Iworked as ENGINEER (design,development & planning ) & was reporting directly to Managing Director.I had been given sole accountability of the plant. The works involves design , development & planning of different types of sheet metals jobs.The total inlovement was from the collection of the drawing to the final sample of the components.To do the design of the press tools in auto cad RL-14.
In the above projects my responsibilities was also to develop different types of cutting &non-cutting dies for the different components of the assemblies.To look after the different types of conventional m/cs like1. Milling m/c. 2. Shaping m/c. 3. Drilling m/c.4. turning m/c. 5.Rockwell hardness testing m/c. 6. Grinding(surface & cylindrical) 7.Power & Hydrualic presses.

This company is engaged in manufacturing tie rod assemblies for M/S TELCO &FIORELLA INDUSTRIES SRL OF ITALY.I worked there as JUNIOR ENGINEER &was reported to Manager Production.My work was to do the programming on the CNC TURNING ( MAZAK ) & its execution.The job was also to do the inspection of the different jobs with different measuring instruements.Programming was done on Mazatrol & Fanuc Control.
