CAREER OBJECTIVE

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
Business Management
I have sound knowledge in business management, strong strategic and analytical skills. Key projects that I have been involved have resulted in both cost savings and improved efficiency. For example, I managed the implementation of collection scheme as an incentive for sales personnel in early collections that improved cash flows and interest savings. Another example is achieving scale economies in bulk purchasing in a children stationery business where I was business manager.

For example, I treated the customers in a children stationery business as business partners and develop products for mutual benefits. This has resulted in improved customer retention.

Leadership
In my previous positions I have supervised and monitored a few teams of colleagues in Malaysia, China, Hong Kong and Australia. I emphasize team building to achieve departmental or organisation objectives, for example in the timely completion of office renovation in Hong Kong and Zhongshan as well as the restaurant in Zhuhai.

Team work and communication
I am a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal relationships. I speak five different languages and able to adapt quickly to new and changing work environments as I have worked in four different countries.

Ability to manage multiple tasks
I am multi-skilled, organised and results orientated. I have excellent organisational skills, have strong all round administration abilities and able to work autonomously and prioritise workload. I am a fast learner and always keen to acquire new knowledge and skills, for example I finished MBA in twelve months.

High computer literacy
I am a keen computer user and regularly use the following packages:
- MS Excel
