PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITY

2001- 2002: Worked with M/s Kundan Edibles Products, Ltd .Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) as C.E.O
Looked after commission and erection of the plant ,with production capacity of 100 mt/day Vanaspati ,100mt/day Refined oil & Bakery,shortning plant with in record period of five months.

1999-2001: Headed M/s Suraj Vanaspati Ltd Sikandrabad(U.P)
Plant capacity 150mt/dayof vanaspati ,Refined oil and separate unit to
Manufacture of bakery products for Hindustan lever specification in the name of Lily,Biskin,Marvo etc . also manufactured RATH brand Vanaspati for m/s Agro tech foods ltd as per their specification and updated
the plant in my tenure after incorporated energy saving equipment to bring down cost of production in the
field of utility ,oil losses, manpower rationalization.

1991-1999 Jt President m/s Malwa Vanaspati & Chemical Co.Ltd Indore(M.P)
Responsible towards total technical & commercial function specially related to purchaseaterial. Cost control in the field of oil purchase & marketing strategies.Before my joining, the complex comprised of 80 mt/day solvent extraction plant ,50mt/day Vanaspati plant and cost of production was very high in the field of utility
, oil losses & man power. Man power strength reduced from 325 to 252 even after putting up a new solvent extraction plant of 200 mt/day by cooperation of the staff & support of the management with the help of team work. Production capacity of solvent extraction plant of 80mt/day capacity was enhanced to 200mt/day A new solvent extraction plant of production capacity of 200mt/day by C.C.I of Rotary extractor based on German technology was incorporated, whose production capacity was also enhanced to 350 mt/day(total capacity of solvent extraction plant became 550 mt/day) .The capacity of vanaspati plant was also enhanced to 100mt/day ,the efficiency of solvent and vanaspati plant was well with in standards.We have also incorporated a refined oil plant of 100mt/day from Alfa Laval and optimized the sale of medical oxygen and soap.

1977-1991 Deputy G.M m/s Modi Vanaspati & Chemical Co. Ltd. Modinagar (U.P)
The factory was equipped with 100 mt/day old vanaspati plant,steric acid & glycerin plant Management have decided to put up a most modern Vanaspati plant and deputed me toattend world conference in 1982 at Hague (Holland) with an objective to bring most modernEuropean technology based plant and also visited many modern plants of Europe.A most modern turnkey plant of 100mt/day capacity, supplied by Alfa- Laval which was in operation efficiently from 1986 to 1990 during my tenure.

1976-1977 Chief Chemist & Factory Manager. m/s K.N Oil Industries, Mahasamund (M.P)
Comprising two solvent extraction plant & minor oil rwefinery which was also put up in mytenure.Ricebran stabalisation was also carried out in our company to get low F.F.A. Ricebran oil and introduced good quality Refined Ricebran oil of brand name “SWAD”.Sal seed & mango kernel were also run successfully on solvent extraction plant to get sal & mango oil which were refined and supplied refined sal fat as coco butter substitute to foreign countries mainly Holland.
