One year research training in Organic Chemistry from Regional Research Laboratory(CSIR), Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.

Worked as the District Coordinator (for two districts) of Kerala State Open School (KSOS), a wing of the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) for a period of one year from 2000 to 2001.
