Project 1 :

Title :Monitoring System for TTD Engineering Works
Client : Tirumala Tirupati Devastanams, Tirupati.
Description : This Project has 4 modules. First modules provides the interfaces to store and retrieve the details of works, contractors and Future plans. Second module deals with the works progress reports, in which it will gives the performance details of the contractors and the stage of the work at present and desired stage at that time. Third Module deals with the Tenders . It provides the Security from malicious tender entries especially from Block listed Contractors and Multiple entries. And it provides the details of the Current tenders and already bagged tenders and Block listed contractors details and the interfaces to modify the details. Fourth module gives a GUI environment to create, store and modify the estimates threw the Standard Scheduled Rates (SSR) of TTD. And the interfaces to append, modify and delete the details of SSR, which was stored in the database.

Title : Academic analyzer & adviser
Client : Priya Darshini P.G.College, Nellore.
Description :: This project has five modules. First one provides interfaces to enter and update the details of students and their marks and gives the reports of progress of students; By Analyze the progress of the students (comparing the previous progress ie., marks with the present) ,it gives advises to the concerned faculty to take special and personal care. Second one deals with library management in which we have provided interfaces to store and retrieve the details of issued and reference books, details of the Fine executed for the students because of the late renewals and Annual report of the books list. Third module deals with accounts of the college in which it provides the interfaces to get and update the arrears of lecturer’s salaries and students fee details. Fourth module is meant for Labs maintenance and attendance of the students. In this module we have provided the user-friendly interfaces to store and retrieve and update the details of the students attendance and lab hours they have attended. Finally, in the fifth module it provides the different courses offered by the college and their fee details , achievements and history of the college.

Title : TRANSPORT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Company Profile : Auto Parade Corporation Limited deals with the Annual Maintenance Contracts for the maintenance of the vehicles of Shiv Keshav Transports(p) Ltd., which has 400 Lorrys , 11 Valvos and 12 Sumos and has 3 Units located in Kodad, Peapully and Peddamberpet. So that , Auto Parade also launched its stores and maintenance workshops in all the three units and its Central Ware House is at the BalaNagar. To make available all the data of the Units and the CWH at Head Office which is located in Hyderabad, we had been created this software.
DESCRIPTION : This project has Two modules named Stores and Maintenance. In the stores module, we have provided user friendly forms to enter the details of the spare parts which are generally brought from the different Venders. For this we have given the forms to store and retrieve the details of the venders and the different spare parts they can supply along with their full details (like rate, color, guarantee), To make the stores inventory effectively we had designed the different forms to store the details of the stock transfers( i.e., from CWH to the units) , Material issues , Material received and MIRV( Material Inspection and Receipt Voucher), Indents and Scrap and returned parts information. More over, in this module we had designed the full-fledged reports to meet the user requirements. Some of the reports are Stock Available( in the given period) and the indents ( the material required) and the Part history ( the particular part details in the given period) and MIRV list in the given period and the returned part details( i.e., the defected parts) and scrap details.
The Maintenance module deals with the procurement department activities i.e., the purchases. In this module we have provided the most-user-friendly forms to get the purchase requisitions, tenders, quotations, comparative statements and purchase orders and the vender details. Here the flow of the data starts from the indents( the details of the spare parts needed by the stores of the units), which leads to the purchase requisition if there is not enough stock in the CWH also. Based on this requisition , formal tenders and quotations will be offered and finally based on the recommended supplier based on the comparative statement , Purchase order will be raised. For this, we have give the option to auto generation of purchase requisition number, tender enquiry number, and comparative statement number finally, the purchase order number. Moreover, we have given the option to make the amendments to purchase orders and to give the amended purchase orders. In this module we had given reports to meet all the requirements of the management and the individuals( venders ). Some of them are Purchase orders based on the given period and/or vender name and/or the PONumber. Payment terms of the different P.O. s and or particular P.O and the vender details ( address, profile etc) .
To make the system online, we took the help of software named PC-ANY-WHERE, with which we can download the dump files of the of the software of the units at Head Office and here we can import here and then the system compares with the stocks of the CWH and if there is any need of the material to purchase is occurred , then it will automatically prints the details of the comparative statement having the different venders names and their quotes and recommended supplier. From them choosing the recommended supplier (by the Purchase Manager), the purchase order will be generates.
