JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Self Correspondence for local and international clients.
2) Typing of Letters in the computer through MS Word.
3) Feeding Analytical reports in the computer in MS Excel such as monthly sales variance analysis and other major expenses variance analysis.
4) Preparation of Cash, Bank, Purchase Vouchers and Invoices.
5) Preparation of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
6) Checking of Cash Memos with the price lists, verification of totaling etc.
7) Typing of Letter of Credit opening and Amendment Applications and interaction with the Bank until the receipt of goods.
8)Follow up of Trade debtors and other receivable date wise and party wise.
9) Filing of incoming and outgoing letters.
10) Operation of Inventory Control package based on Microsoft Access through feeding of Stores Receipt Vouchers and Store Issued Vouchers for Stores and Cash Memos and Credit Invoices for shops.
