EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

 Completed three year’s bachelor degree in Hotel Management from Mangalore University, (near Manipal) and scored first Division in 1997
 Completed one year diploma in Hotel Management from Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan, New Delhi and scored first Division in 1996.
 Completed Senior High Secondary from Spring Dales School, New Delhi and Scored second Division.
 Completed High school year from St’Mary's International School (Tokyo, Japan) and Scored B Grades.


JOB EXPERIENCE

BURJ –AL- ARAB (7 STAR DELUXE HOTEL): Leading Hotels of the World

 Presently working in Guest services (Butler) department for the last two and half years. (As similar to a Floor Manager).
 Member of the pre-opening team.
 Having full knowledge of Fidelio/Hogatex hotel application software system.
 To establish & maintain seamless interaction and communication within the Guest services & other hotel departments coordination.
 To ensure smooth functioning of all suites on the floor from check-in procedures to checkouts.
 Responsible for giving training to the new staff and liaising with the assistant butler at all times, delegating responsibilities and ensuring continual communication and feedback.

 Selected to participate in photo shoot for the hotel promotion brochures and magazines.
 Chosen as role models for the (BBC, CNN and German TV) photo shoot for the hotel.
 Elected to give personal services to the former president of U.S (Jimmy Carter) during his stay.

 Rajvilas is one of the younger properties of the Oberoi Brand Hotels in India and has a unique guest service network and has equally unique working environment. It is the pioneer hotel to practice and achieve multi-tasking to the core. In the two & half year, my job entailed full-fledged functions of a Concierge/Airport handling, Telephone operator, Reservation, Guest relation executive, Cashiering and Night Auditing.
 Member of Pre-opening team. Additional responsibilities as (Limousine Coordinator) included controlling and budgeting hotel limousines & controlling airport activities.
 Received Gold/Silver awards for the best performance in the department.
 Complete set up hotel’s office at the airport with full control of fleet operation of limousines arranged.
