This is Sabah Government (KKIP) Sports Project. This is developed in Kota Kinabalu city in Sabah. These Games will be going to held in September 2002 in Sabah.

In this Project My Module is Weightlifting in Games Module.

When ever a participant want to participant in this Sabah Games. First He has to Register his Details in the http://sukma2002.com.my site. Then he is eligible to participate in the Games.

We have to Download all the Participant Details from the http://sukma2002.com.my Server. After we will upload the Schedule for that Games. At the time of Games We have to display the presently playing player¡¦s detils in the Internet as well as Televisions and Electronic Display Systems in the Stadiums.

Depends up on the Games Schedule After Getting the Results of these participants. We will Upload the Results to the Server. From there Results will be displaying in the News Papers, Televisions and the Internet.

This project is for Hill Partners (M) SDN BHD.

In this, Hill Partners is a Company which acts as a mediator between Banks and Customers, For Hill Partners Client is Bank. Debitors are Credit Card Holders(Bank Customers). Hill Partners company has the contract from banks to collect the credit money from debitors. For this collection of money Hill Partner will get commission 20% for RM 100000. Like this way Hill Partners company takes the Responsibility about the default debtors.(Customers) (ie) collecting the credit Amount from the Debtors and submit that amount to the banks.

I Full Fledged package for Debt Collection Office maintenance.

II It is Developed on Visual basic 6.0, Crystal Reports 8.5, Excel Reports(for User Convince) and Backend is
SQL Server 2000.

Description:
This system has been developed for the revenue information system for CDR Hospital, which is a leading hospital in Visakhapatnam, the application is purely stand-alone. The project details with the complete information of the patient, the doctor¡¦s and the accounting section. The patients information like about his illness, which is categorized into surgical or medical, the payment mode he makes to the hospital, i.e. by the company or from himself or from other sources. The doctor¡¦s information like, how much revenue the doctor has earned for the hospital from the patient¡¦s he has attend on and last the account¡¦s section is for the generation of the report of the income obtained from the patients and other income sources of the hospital.

Order Preparation - This module contains details of items being ordered.
Challan Preparation - Once the material is ready and has to be sent to the customer a challan is prepared. In this module there is a provision for partial delivery of items ordered.
Sales Invoice Preparation - This module generates a list of all word order numbers. The user selects an order from the list. A list of challans against that order is displayed from which the user selects / deselects any challan that is not to be included in voice.
Sales Invoice Acknowledgement Preparation - This module contains information about successful delivery of ordered goods to the customer. This customer sends acknowledgement receipt for receiving goods.
Goods Purchase Planning Management - This module gives the description about the product purchasing through collecting quotations from various firms and releasing the amount for purchasing the product. Here we are keeping the information about the description of product, delivery time and etc.
Purchase Order Preparation - After finalizing about the quotation we have to give the purchase order which have the information about payments through cheque or cash, transportation charges, no. of quantity etc.
Voucher Preparation - This module has the information about payment done through cheque or cash for purchasing goods, transportation, supplier code, supplier name and etc.
Quality Testing Preparation - In this module we have the information about the goods received is in good condition or not. If they are not as per requirements they are rejected and keeping the information about rejected items.
Stores Information Preparation - After receiving goods this will send to stores dept., where as per requirement goods is dispatched to various dept. By keeping the information about items code, quantity, No. of items and etc.

The System also registers the Employers with a particular Login ID and password. The Employers can logon to the Company¡¦s home page and down load the resumes of the Job Seekers of choice. The system also provides the facility of Deleting, Modifying the Employer and Job Seeker details by the Consulting Company Manager. The System also provides the reports to view how many resumes of the Job Seekers down loaded during a particular period.
