Title : Payroll of L.I.C. of India.
Client : L.I.C., Chandrapur.

Description:
This project deals with the payroll of L.I.C. It calculates the employees
salary based on their grades. This organization has the grade right from
A to C+. If any of the employee exceeds the no. of leaves granted to him,
a database is maintained which automatically deducts their salary pending
on their grades. At the festivals it also gives the appropriate bonus to the employees according to ranks. If any employee is holding a policy their salary is deducted automatically and transferred to the accounts department.

This was an in-house development for developing shared objects using object libraries & PL/SQL Libraries on forms 6.0 version so that they may be used as reusable components during the entire life of a project.

Description:
This project is to provide the tax deduction at source functionality. The idea behind this is to calculate T.D.S. of payee according to their category, and at lower rates if applicable.This facilitates to keep information of different branch’s payee at glance and allow to edit their Information and calculate their TDS, generating their TDS certificates, creates challans, and generates 16A, annual returns by administering online on website.

Project 5: April 1999 - Sep. 1999
Title : Venus Publications
Hardware : PC-AT Pentium-II
Software : Oracle 8.0/D2K(Forms 6.0, Reports 6.0)
Role : As a team member involved re-engineering a certain set of modules, applying Seagate standards, GUI enhancements, modifying the project libraries & shared objects as required, suggesting performance enhancements like rewriting the existing code keeping compiler optimizations in mind & testing & documentation.

Description : The first phase of the project involved for re-engineering of an existing character based application (Forms 3.0) running on Unix platform to a GUI application on the latest version of D2K components.
The second phase of the project involves reverse engineering the existing application to arrive at the Database design using the Oracle Case Tool(Designer Ver 6.0). Part of the design & functions were extracted to make the application generic & reusable.

This project is of Store Mgmt., through which we can order any item
& maintain the stock. It deals with wholesale & retail. It is created with Seagate Standard code. It maintains a separate payroll for its workers. The info. About its Dealers is also maintained.
