System Administration:
The Important areas of Work included the administration of the working facilities user-wise, responsibilities-wise and terminal-wise. Defining application users and attaching responsibilities to them, Administrating Function securities. Registering Oracle ID’s and attaching Datagroups to Oracle ID’s were carried out.

Open Interfaces:
Running Journal Import from FoxPro through MS-Excel and SQL*Loader to Oracle General Ledger.

Oracle General Ledger:
Required objects like Segments, Structures, and Set of Books were defined. Mass Budgets and Master-Detail Budgets were created and tested. Reports were generated using Financial Statement Generator. Recurring Journals, Journal Import and Budget Upload were also tested.

Various Jobs, Positions, Hierarchies, Approval groups & assignments, Assigning employees to jobs and positions, defining Buyers, Standard notes and Freight Carriers were defined.

Oracle Receivables:

Oracle Order Entry:
