Quality Control: The Inspection plan is defined for QC applicable items.
In the inspection work detail the actual rejection is compared with the
acceptance quantity and the lot may be accepted / accepted with deviation /
rejected.

Purchase: The purchase cycle includes preparation of Purchase Requisitions
(PR) by the various departments, Vendor Enquiry, Purchase Order generation
and Authorization.

2) Inventory Management

The Inventory Management system captures GRN, Issue to shop floor,
Material return, Rejection, Rework etc. It also provides MIS report like
ABC Analysis, Inventory Valuation, fast moving / slow moving status report.
