Currently, managing the development of a general, parameterised payroll system. Undertaken analysis sessions with various company clients, project writing, scheduling and documentation. Extensively utilised Oracle Designer R6 to model the system including tables, database packages, Entity Relationship and Server model diagrams as well as the physical generation of the database (tablespaces, datafiles, database roles and users).
Additionally, heavily participated in the analysis and development of the currently implemented municipality system. This further included on-site support, client installation and configuration as well as monitoring and administration of the Oracle 8i server with Oracle Enterprise Manager, either from a local machine or remotely using PC Anywhere.
Finally, provided support in the nationwide bespoke Land & Survey system developed for the government using Oracle Developer 2000. Engaged in the development of new forms and reports, update of existing modules, creation of PL/SQL scripts to handle everyday tasks and activities, and migration to R6i.

Employed as software consultant by the above company. Tasks undertaken included:
· Analysed, developed and implemented a payroll system in MS Access 97 for Kinabalu Ria Sdn Bhd chain of 24 recreation clubs in Malaysia, a project that was successfully completed on time and schedule. Further, trained colleagues and clients on the new system. Supervised a similar project for Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, a semi-government company.
