Projects Description

1) Automatic Liquid Temperature Controller Using Analog Circuitry :- It controls temperature of a liquid by an analog circuitry. The temperature is sensed by a sensor i.e. RTD then the change in resistance of RTD is converted in equivalent voltage by a wheatstone bridge. There is comparater circuit which compares the reference voltage to that of wheatstone bridge. If the output voltage exceeds the heater is switched OFF by a relay and when the voltage drops then heater is again switched ON. Thus temperature is controlled by setting the reference voltage.
2) PIC Programmer Using 16F74 :- This project is used to programe the different range of PIC i.e. Flash Common Using ‘C’ Programming.
3) Universal Controller Using Microcontroller 8051 :-
Automation is the need of today’s world. The best solution for this is use of microcontroller as control device. Microcontroller seems to be under utilized in various applications. The microcontroller is used widely as the device is inexpensive, programmable and response is much faster than any other device. The main aim of project is to develop a microcontroller based system that should be able to drive and control any device. Obviously the input is in the form of analog voltage. Here we are using 8051 microcontroller as a control element which compares the current value of input with pre defined value and depending upon the deviation takes the corrective action to control the input using PID control action. The programming is done in IDE51, C complier is used to convert the C like language into the code of 8051 microcontroller.
