TECHNICAL SUMMARY:

EXPERIENCE : As a tool maker(for Injection Molds) under inplant training at Precious Products India Ltd., Pune for 1 year.

WORK EXPOSURE : Manufacturing & assembly of multi-cavity 3-plate molds, hot runner molds and conventional 2-plate molds for cosmetic market.

ACHIEVEMENT: Successfully completed a 48-cavity hot-runner mold for tube cap as project work.

PRESENTLY WORKING: As tool maker (for Injection Molds) at Videocon International Ltd., at Aurangabad (India) from May-2001.

WORK EXPOSURE: Working under MO-1grade (Management Officer) to follow up and assemble molds for home appliances like TV, refrigerators, washing machines, coolers, etc.

ACHIEVEMENT: Qualitatively brought out two TV front cabinet molds for 14” 20” & 21”.
