He joined as a Data Entry Clerk to assist the migration of sales application system.
His key responsibilities were to key in sales order, executing daily backup, updating general ledger, filing hard copy of sales order for authentication check and generating invoice
August 1994 to January 1996
Matsushita Electronic Devices (M) Sdn. Bhd
Joined as a System Administrator as a member of the Operation Team to provide technical support.
His key responsibilities were as follow
- Daily operation of AS/400.
- Handling security Issues.
- Maintenance of local area network.

- CASEMARK, using RF scanners in warehouse to track the inventory prior to delivery.

- Setting up the infrastructure for NWAES, CTS and CTMS in Malaysia, renovate the computer room with upgraded facilities.
- Implementing NWAES, CTS and CTMS, with the implementation of the said system, the task of CRA to collect data were simplified.
- Upgrading the existing PABX to ISDN PRI capable. With this upgrading, there is reduction on the workload of receptionist. Office based employees were able to check missed calls, have five party tele-conferencing and live call screen. The Panasonic D500 PABX integrates with the server to capture detailed call reports.
- Video Conferencing facilities were made available to senior managers with the capability of ISDN PRI.
- Implementing the use of close proximity card for all doors. With the office expanding to another floor, there was a need to use a more effective way to enforce security. This system also integrates with the server to provide report and control the access level for all employees.
- Being technical leader for office expansion.
