Project Description : Bio Medical Engineering Services for the Government Hospitals (Pantai Group) at Malaysia. The System was developed as both Intranet & internet application for the client to be used by their 20 hospital chain sites to record and manipulate information on the services done. The system is linked with Ministry of Health, Malaysia, to monitor and for deductions. Modules covered by system are: Engineering Maintenance Module, Linen & Laundry Module, Clinical Waste Module, Cleansing Module, Inventory & Purchase Module, Billing Module, Deductions, Module, System Administration Module and Reports.

My Role : Analyst Programmer
Developed Linen and Laundry Module which contains more than 40 screens.
The Module helps the users to enter data for their day to day recording of Hospital Linen transactions and also retrieves & updates the information on the same screen.
Data entry and viewing of screens are Hospital specific and achieved through Session of the Login details.
Asp & Java script pop up screens used for viewing the existing records with out refreshing the screen.
validations and calculations were done on client side using pure java script and also handled communication between various objects between java script / Asp.
Used separate asp page for all actions based on the user selection for clean asp code and html.
Dynamic adding of rows for entering the next row of record was provided thru asp and javascript in all the pages.
The entire database design / tables creation / functional flow was done by self for this module in Sql server 2000, with end user requirement analysis.
Also involved in developing Engineering Maintenance, Reports, Billing - Modules.
Used XML for report printing - Data is generated by asp to a xml file and will be sent to the client browser for flowing in HTML format and printing.
Designed the front end using DHTML and Javascript (Tree Menu) for all the modules.
