Major Achievements :

(A) Increased Production
-Increased the capacities of canning line (Lubot wakker Eng. Bv. Holland) from 600 kg. per hr. to 1000 Kg./hr by changing the process parameters (time & temperature of blanching & exhausting, improved water draining System )
-Increased the capability of Onion mill (Kice Industries, USA) from 6 MT per day to 16 MT per day by changing the product flow line, adopting strict preventive maintenace Schedule)

(B) Reduced Cost of Production
-Increased production alongwith reducing the mill wastage from 2.6 % to 1.0 %; using dehumidified air from a daily requirement of 25000 cfm to 15000 cfm by partitioning the Mill area; decreasing powder fraction from 40 % to 20 % (Which is cheaper than flakes of Onion); Producing consistence better quality product (improve particle size distribution & decreasing foreign material contamination); minimized handling damage of packing material.

(C) Improvement of Quality
-By implementing GMP, HACCP & Food safety program (Plastic / Glass / BOPP tap control program); reduces the foreign material contamination from 42 types to 10 types within one year without a critical one, minimizing cross- contamination by fumigating Mill area once in 2 Months.

Exposure:
-Trained on Food Safety Programme from American Institute of Baking, USA.
-Internal" Lead Auditor " for ISO - 9000 quality system.
-Market Survey for selling fresh Mushroom in Indore, Bhopal & Mhow. (M. P.)
-Exposed to different project activities including handling contractors, managing
manpower, survey of raw materials, commissioning of canning line.

Nature of Work:
(A) Joined as Shift Incharge in Jain Processed Foods Pvt. Ltd. and within a year have been promoted to Incharge milling, Quarantine, Warehouse & Despatches.

Reporting to: Business Unit Chief.
Responsibilities:
-Production planning & Manpower Management (about 120 including workers,
supervisors)
-Utilization of Plant Capacity to a max. level to bring down the cost of production.
-Constant monitoring & improvement of quality
-Training & supervising the subordinates.
-Taking corrective action on marketing feed back, laboratory analysis Report.
-Organize corrective & Preventive Action.
-Ensure implementation of GMP, HACCP, Food safety, ISO-9000 quality System.
-Participate in product development.
-Implementation of overall house keeping & safety.
-Control documents & its disposal.

(B) Started career in M/s. Alpine Biotech Ltd. as “Trainee Officer ". After one year of successful training, promoted to Asstt. Executive & within next six month got another promotion to Incharge (Canning).
