Rodas, an Ecotel, Mumbai is a 36 standard suite, Asia’s first Designer Ecotel situated in the heart of Hiranandani Gardens, Powai, which is the fastest growing commercial centre. A part of Concept Hospitality, Kamat Group of Hotels, certified by Hospitality Validity Services, NewYork.
Having joined as Restaurant Hostess, responsibilities include being flexible and capable of handling tasks in all sections of the department including guests interaction, order taking, cashering. On job duties include generating various reports, attending to Guests needs, answering to the guests queries both over the phone and by e-mails. The department being fully computerized giving me the opportunity of being able to work effectively on Shawman computer software.
