EXPERIENCE: I retain 16 years experience in the construction of cell sites. Starting from Tower Hand in
1985 and advancing through the ranks to Construction Manager at present. This includes all phases and applications of construction. · Team leader for Cricket build in central Michigan, overseeing 29 sites total.
· In market from the issuance of search rings thru 100% sign off from Lucent.
· Worked with SAC in the search of potential candidates and the pulling of deeds an tax maps.
· Coordinated and walked site thru all steps to completion TTV`s, A&E services, BOM`s, bid walks; pre-cons, actual construction, and final sign off.

· Started in midstream, worked with contractors to get project built.
