Bellary which is a 750 bedded hospital and teaching institute. Performed independent duties
and handled various medical situations and emergencies like acute meningo-encephalitis,
strokes, diabetic ketoacidosis, hepatic failure, respiratory failure, renal failure and poisoning.
Worked in Coronary Care Unit and handled independently cases like acute myocardial
infarction, pulmonary oedema, heart failure and arrhythmias. Performed procedures like
liver biopsy, bone-marrow biopsy and pleural biopsy. Actively participated in various health
camps and community health check-up conducted by the institute in both urban and rural
areas. Handled both bedside clinics and theory classes for undergraduates as a part of
