· I am working as a Chemical Engineer-Process at Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Ltd., Bharuch. NCPL, an ISO-9002 & ISO-14001 company is a joint venture between Gujarat Narmada valley Fertilizer Company Ltd., Bharuch and Chematur Engineering AB, Sweden.
· My duty covers Production In charge of a Continuous Petrochemical Plant with Distributed Control System (DCS) supplied by Yokogawa, Japan.
· My responsibilities are,
o Run and maintain continuous Petrochemical Production plants,
o Trouble-shoot problems in plant,
o Ensure efficient, safe and environmentally responsible plant operations,
o HAZOP for new modifications in plant,
o Monitoring specific consumption,
o Coordination with service department for maintenance of plant,
o Shutdown planning,
o Emergency handling, fire fighting . . .
o All above activity with ISO-9002 & ISO-14001 standards
· I was involved in Commissioning of the following Plants of NCPL Bharuch.Presently, I am looking behind Operation of the same.
o Toluene Di-Isocynate Plant [Du Pont Technology. U.S.A./Supplied by Chematur Engineering,AB Sweden]
o Carbon Monoxide Recovery Plant based on cryogenic distillation -coldbox operation. [Linde Process, Germany]
o TDI Recovery Unit [List, Germany]
o Incinerator for waste disposal
o Utilities like Chilled Vector & Chilled Brine
o Chlorine unloading and storage

TATA Chemicals Ltd., Mithapur (June 1996 to January 1997)
· I worked at Tata Chemicals Ltd., Mithapur, and Gujarat, India as a Trainee Chemical Engineer.
· I worked in Production Group of 1000 MTPD Iodized Salt Plant
