Institute for autopart's technology is a UNDP/UNIDO assisted by Punjab Govt. Project involved in the research activities in the automobile components accredited by the Science & Technology dept. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
At Institute, I am responsible for the programming & operating of the following machines: -
 CNC Milling machine. Make Mikron, System Hedenhian series TNC 415.
 CNC Wire cut machine. Make charmilles Robofil 290.
 CNC Turning centers machine. Make Mori-Seiki ZL-25MC.
In this institute’s we are doing job work of various Industries and various types of component come for manufacturing & for development purpose.
I am responsible for monitoring
and ensuring work quality as per recommended standard .Training and guidance to the user’s staff. Responsible for inspection of finished product i.e.
 Checked the hardness of material.
 Inspection of finished material on standard room.
 Inspection of machined material in tolerance.

 Training of CNC wire cut, CNC milling, CNC turning center by service installation ER.
 Training of ISO-9000 by the expert of total quality management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
At Essen Deinki, I was responsible for operating the EDM machine at the time of joining & after two months, I was shifted to CNC section and here, I was operating and programming of the CNC wire cut, system Fanuc Model W1.

M/S ROCKMAN CYCLE LTD. (HERO GROUP)

I had worked with Rockman Cycle Ltd. (HERO GROUP) A-7; Phase 5; Focal Point; Ludhiana from Aug. 1993 to Aug. 1997 as an ASTT. ER. It is an ISO-9002 organization manufacturing & exporters of chain and hub. (Cycle, moped, motor cycle)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
At Rockman Cycle, I was responsible for the CNC dept. In this dept. I was programming of jobs and also given instruction to operator & planning of the following machine: -
 CNC machining center. Make Hartford system Fanuc.
 CNC wire cut Fanuc & Sodick.
 CNC turning center system Fanuc.
Programming of CNC wire cut with the help of CAD/CAM Impact software and transfers the program with the help of DNC to Fanuc system & Sodick system. Programming of CNC machining center and Turning center on the system of machine.

TRAINING ATTENDED DURING JOB: -
 Training of ISO-9000 by the expert of total quality management.
 Training of CNC wire cut system Fanuc, system Sodick & machining center by the service & Installation engineers.
