As Quantity Surveyor, duties include quantity take-off, recap, cost analysis - Sub-Contract awards including sourcing quotations, evaluation and Sub-Contract documentation; preparing payment certificate, Main Contract progress claim, progress report, budget, programme chart, EOT and cost claims, variation claims; monitor projects for cost and time overruns; follow up on Insurance, Performance Bond and other contractual requirements - Final Account for completed projects - Assist the Senior Contracts Manager /Project Manager in the overall administration of the Main and Sub-Contracts.
