Responsibility :
I shared the Responsibility of preparing MTO, study piping and calculating support loads.

Project description :
Site - visit and Preparation of P&Ids for an Agro - chemical industry, for the purpose of evaluation.
Responsibility :
As co-ordinator, I was responsible preparation of all the As - Built P&Ids related to the plant. The P&Ids were made using Auto - CAD.

A grass root Poly - propylene project in Brazil.
Units included in the plant are polymerization, TEAL, extrusion, silos and cooling towers.
Responsibility :
As area co-ordinator, I was responsible for the dryer area, reactor area and the compressor unit. I was involved in the preliminary material take-off activity, preparation of piping study drawings and checking of equipment layout for these areas.

Project description :
An Iran government sponsored Polypropylene project.
Responsibility :
Involved as support co-ordinator, to help support various line in polymerization unit and to co-ordinate with stress department. The area included in the scope was the dryer area of polymerization unit.
Project name : PIC - KUWAIT, KUWAIT.
Project description :
An Urea revamp project in Kuwait.
Scope of project included site surveys to study the existing piping and possibility of tie-in points and new piping in these areas and preparation of drawing for some new areas.
Responsibility :
Modeling of piping, equipments and cable trays(in PDS-3D ENVIRONMENT), extraction of isometrics, preparation of piping assembly drawings and supporting the lines for various areas.

An IOCL refinery project in India.
This was a proposal project where in the scope was to submit the proposal / tender documents.

A grass root Poly - propylene project in Belgium.
Units included in the plant are polymerization, TEAL and cooling towers.

Project description :
A power plant project in Singapore for generation of 800MW electricity through combined cycle.
GE-Alstom(France) had down loaded this project for piping. Our scope of work was piping study, 3d-modeling of piping and support marking for the lines modeled.
Responsibility :
Area engineer for steam turbine hall and condenser area. The scope of responsibilities were 3d modeling of pipes (in PDS-3D ENVIRONMENT), preparation of drawings for secondary steel structures, support of lines, iso-extraction and preparation of piping assembly plans for the critical area of steam turbine hall and condenser.

Project name : ONGC-Ankleshwar, India.
Project description :
A natural gas compression station for ONGC at Ankleshwar, India.
Units included in the plant were compressor house, cooling tower, storage tank for water and nitrogen and air unit.
Responsibility :
The scope assigned was to develop plot plans, area key plans, equipment layout drawing, material take off, preparation and checking of piping assembly layout drawings and isometric, preparing secondary steel structure drawings, checking the vendor drawings and support marking.
