The pension Computation system will maintain each and every person with details like which department he worked, joined date, retired date, at the retirement period which basic salary he got designation at the time of retirement ,department, address nature of the job, family members details,date of birth,arrears, Loans details, deductions, Account no with bank details are maintained upto date in the system.

Description : The Pharmacy department receives most of its materials from the medical stores. The Dispensary of the NLC GH is also refereed to as pharmacy.
Bulk Receipts are made fortnightly through indents and other receipts through supplementary indents. Cash purchases are also made occasionally. Copies through cash purchases are maintain by pharmacy. My application deals to generate 7 reports which will be helpful for the pharmacy people in order to take care of pharmacological stores.
Receipt statement reports gives qty receives from stores , receipt number date code and item name. Issue statement gives information about the issue from pharmacy to various departments. Adjustment statement report gives information about the adjustment qty from various departments and which date it was returned . Stock ledger gives information about the present stock and present stock in each department. Indent statement report will collect the item of stock which are pending in various department. Returns to stores entry. The current entry about the quantity which are returned to stores. Return from dept entry report will show the quantity which has been from the department.
