Project : Reactor Automation [miniature] by implementing
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

A Complete reactor control was carried out in the project, which includes pumping, heating, stirring and discharging the process variables in a sequential manner. Ladder diagram method of programming was used to program the PLC and the PLC used was LG (Model : K10S1) which has 14 channels i.e. 8 inputs and outputs. Programming the PLC is made by installing KGWIN_WE software into the computer. Variable monitored in the process includes Temperature and level of water.

The project implemented has good efficiency and reduced manpower.
