Currently working as a Project Leader at PROCESS REMOTE INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Pune, having its HQ in The Hague, Netherlands.
Job profile includes Project Planning, studying/analyzing client specifications, preparing Work Instructions, studying the Project Process and writing minor programming codes to automate repetitive process tasks, work delegation, leading the team into producing digital data, digitizing-attributing, interpreting paper map information to make it easy for the team to understand client-specification, calibrating and registering the topographical scans to their respective real world co-ordinates, monitoring individual performance, conducting training sessions to improve the team’s technical information and thereby the performance of team members, regularly maintain Time Registration Sheets, conduct detailed quality checking with customized quality check routines on the digital database before shipping it to client and finally preparing and maintaining Project Portfolios. Interacting with offshore superiors representing the clientele position. This was mainly to understand the product specification, the need of the client etc.

Paris: Generated Atlas Maps (EPS) aiding Atlas Publications for Geo Carto Inc.
El Slavador : Generated digital map information of the topographical region of El Salvador for the Govt. of El Salvador, using Data Conversion methods.
USA : Generated traffic information maps, aiding WAP/WEB traffic management utility for Webraska Mobiles Technologies, covering all the major USA cities.
Holland : Presently generating administrative and technical data(GIS), from Holland parcel maps, for the Holland Municipal Dept.

Assisting a group of team members towards timely and successful Project completion.
Planning and delegating the work distribution.
Guiding the team through technical queries and thereby enhancing the quality of the Employee as well as the Product.

As a SECRETARY of the TECHNICAL COMMITTE, my job role involved, researching, analyzing and solving technical queries, which came from various departments. At times this also involved conducting Training Sessions and Documentation of all the technical queries/solutions along with regular feedback being sent to the Managing Director. This Documentation also proved to be the basis for formulating the Product Compendium.
PROJECT Spain - As a QUALITY ANALYST AND TEAM LEADER
Analyzing through the digitized and attributed network files, to identify errors/mistakes. Involved extreme concentration, an eye for detail and good technical understanding of the product generated.
With the use of customized check tools generate files consisting of messages that would help steer clear errors from the network files.
Conduct monthly Random Quality Audit Reports on the network files to derive Quality Percentages. These reports were further used to assess the employee's performance.
This also involved effective communication of reports and suggestions to the concerned authorities, so as to improve the overall quality of the product.
PROJECT Germany as a DATA BUILDER
Digitizing road, rail and boundary network files from source Topographical maps.
Attributing the digitized network.
This involved, solid map reading and interpretation skills, extreme eye for minute details, digitizing roads and slip road complexes, fixing points and nodes, extracting and implementing information such as feature names, feature leveling etc.
This was achieved through the use of AND's customized software, NETEDIT, in short for NETWORK EDITOR, on Unix Platform with SUN SOLARIS as the operating package.
The clients included market leaders like Microsoft, Shell Oil, Esso Lubricants etc.
Work pattern involved meeting the set dead lines while maintaining maximum quality percentage in the product delivered.

Graduate in Geography, from University of Bombay. Post Graduate in Political Science from University of Bombay.

Professional Credentials As a Research Analyst in IIT Powai ,Bombay, studied the basic concepts of DATA Management using G.I.S.
