Responsibilities & Duties:

· Negotiating orders with local factories, Hong Kong Head office.
· Preparation of costing & FOB Prices.
· Upgrading Factory base & scheduling factory audits with IPS & STR Singapore,
I personally accompany Auditors to each location for evaluation.
· Handling approximately 150,000 pcs to 200,000 pcs /Month in such as Blouses – CAT 341/641, Dresses – CAT 336/636, Pants – CAT 348/648, Shorts – CAT 348/648 and Skirts – CAT 342/642 in fabrics of Polyester Koshibo, Chiffon, Georgette, NC PU Coated fabric, Cotton Twill, Wool Twill, Poly Rayon, Spandex.
· Coordinating / Following up with subordinates on day-to-day basis on all communication &
Production.
· Updating Hong Kong head office with reports such as Time & Action, Sample Status,
Material status and Production Status Report.
· Production scheduling with factories working on set critical path in order to meet Final
deliveries of buyers.
· Arranging & Coordinating with In-house production team on pre-production meeting and
Monitoring product quality on 2.5 AQL.
· Conducting Fabric inspection based on 4 Point system.
· Visit factories once a week in order to build up PR & rapport.
· Label currently under my care are Limited Express, Lane Bryant, Limited Too, Montgomery Wards, Northern Reflections & Dress Barn.
