To another country, they need to have customs cleared .My role in this project is to build an application to cross check the shipment sent by the FedEx Cargo. If at all there is difference in quantities ,they are retrieved and displayed. The shipment is cross-checked with the help of Flight code and Flight date and shipment id.

Description : The web site development is in two Phases. In Phase I, the web site will comprise of following modules: Quotes Management Module, Market News Module, My Portfolio, User Management Module, Company Search and housekeeping. The User Management module allows a customer to register and maintains the status of the user. My Portfolio Module allows the user to create his own portfolio and manage his Portfolio on daily basis. My Portfolio. Further, the Customer may sort the portfolios by any one of the several criteria’s. Similarly, the customer may view the transactions in a portfolio, which again may be sorted by any criteria. Management of My Portfolio allows the user to update/delete/sell/Buy Scripts. The customer may also customize the view and have alerts customized to his specifications. Market News Module allows surfers to view market commentary, market flash, market views, company news, market buzz, CMIE news, CMIE reports and Analyst Reports. Quotes Management Module allows the surfer to view live quotes of stocks/Mutual Funds/Bonds. It also keeps tracks of I Po’s. The web site shall be updated using House Keeping Module ,The customer can register himself as a Investor Client.

It provides the facilities to maintain time sheets and progress sheets. This project was developed on Windows, Oracle is used as database. Server and application is installed on NT. Client is any Internet browser. Some of the sub systems are Virtual Library System, Registration, Net Conference, Employee Interaction System, Employee Information System and Mail System.

· Display, Updates week schedules at a time.
· JavaScript is used for all Front-end validations.
· Involved in the Configuration of the Weblogic Application Server.
· Developed 4 Entity Beans, 1 Session Bean and 1 Use Bean to interact with them.

This application is a 3-tier model working on the nation wide Intranet of the Company. It deals with complex nature of networking and versatility of futuristic language - Java. The aim is to Updating the Regional Sites (Databases) as and when the Central Site (Database) get updated which allow dealers to access the database from their local server instead of accessing from central server which is located in H.O. The regional site includes many cities connected to each other on the leased line connection or V-Sat. It is a pure Java based application working on this Intranet through the different Web-Servers integrated all across.

1. The first tier of the 3-tier programming consists of the client side Programming.
2. The Second tier or middle tier consists of server side programming which is multithreaded.
3. The communication between the front tier and middle tier is on TCP/IP based host port configurations (Sockets).
4. Middle tier is a multi-threaded program made to handle multiple requests, serving each client independently.
5. This middle tier also has been plugged in with the third tier, which in turn use different techniques like ODBC & JDBC to talk to the back-end databases.

I designed the HTML forms for the Client registration, Price list, Stock status, Ordering of items etc.I used the Type I Driver for connecting to the Database and Java Script for Validations.
