I have always achieved high grades in my written assignment at university and have also had the chance to give presentations on course work and case study. I worked part-time at a Chinese Restaurant from 1997 to 1999, as Assistant Manager. Working in this type of customer oriented business has given me great confidence in dealing with customers.

During my MBA course at Leicester University I have acquired the analytical and strategic thinking evaluation skills. I firmly believe that all these techniques and approaches that I acquired will help me greatly in identifying the key issues and priorities in the problem-solving process.
 Team Working
During my studies and part-time working experience I have learn the importance and significance of team working. I am an active team member, I think this is the ideal way of getting work done as it provides opportunities for me to learn from others. My part-time job has also taught me to mix with people from very varied background.
 Flexibility
I grew up in Taiwan and Malaysia, and went to UK four and a half years ago to further my studies. I can easily adapt to the environment and changing circumstances and always seek a proactive approach to face the challenging environment.
