WORK EXPERIENCE
1. In Royal Dairy Products Ltd. performing the following duties,

· Working as counter part of the Technical Consultant Dairy Plant Engineering & Production, appointed by the company from India. Under this work following are the responsibilities being carried out ,
· Overall Incharge of shifting the existing plant owned by a private company at Moro 275 Km from Karachi, in which the machinery's are supplied by Pasilac Denmark, Tetra Pak Sweden, Danfoos & Sabro.
· Responsible for monitoring the dismantling of plant & Machinery from the above place and to the site of our company on 41 acres of land , inclusive of all electrical panel's, Piping , spares and process area machinery.
· Finalized the site plan for the Dairy plant, Administration building, Workers amenities building etc.
· Discuss and award contracts for erection of plant & machinery and monitors the civil construction through the civil engineer reporting to me.
· Erection & Commissioning of service blocks, new product processing equipment like Ice Cream, Yogurt, Curd & Flavored milk etc.
· Coordinating with all the related Govt./ Semi Govt./ Ministries and also University & Private industries for the dairy project.
· Overall Incharge for the Procurement of all the equipment, machinery for the dairy plant, chilling plant from with in the country & also from outside the country.
· Prior market research was conducted for finding out the market of different products in different product mix for the lower, middle & higher income group for the entire Karachi & Hyderabad City.
· Had helped the consultant to carry out Demand vs. Supply studies while preparing the Feasibility Report.
· As counter part of consultant worked in preparing drawings for the additional equipment for dairy plant including electrical layouts, effluent treatment and drainage system layout for the plant.
· Will be overall Incharge for production & Quality Control division in the plant once commissioned for producing finished value added products.

2. NIRALLA Sweet Meet Manufacturer (PVT) LTD. are producing Sweets for Pakistan & they are also exporting the sweets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Overall Incharge for Quality Control Department.
· Production planning schedules for different sweets as per demand in the market.
· Future forecasting for raw material / finished goods required on daily basis.
· Responsible for erection, installation and commissioning of new dairy section named as Anmol Dairy owned by the Pvt. Limited company.
· Incharge of Production department and adopted the principles in production department like,
· CFMP - Cleaning for manufacturing purpose system
· Development and improvement of processing techniques.
· Used latest mechanized techniques in traditional sweet recipes like,
· Machine mixer for the Barfi mix.
· Automated Khoya making machine.
· Processing of Butter and Ghee using the butter churn and heating tank technology.
· Research and Development(R&D) work for developing new product line.
