Job Specific Duties:

a)Ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials for hygienic
products conform with required specifications,according to
ISO9001 approved procedures,and using laboratory and
measurement analysis.

b)Ensuring quality of in-process and semi-finished products
conform to requirements according to ISO9001 approved
procedures,and follow-up on QC inspectors and rewiew and
control of daily QC checkshhets of products.

c)Ensuring finished product conform to standards,and
packed properly

d)Establishing and Maintainence of ISO 9001/14001
procedures and requirements and liasioning with third party
auditors as the management representative.

d)Maintaining and running the QC lab which includes
performing rewet,absorption,retention,SAP distribution tests
for baby diapers and sanitory napkins, and testing of raw
materials and packaging material quality control including
testing grammage,thickness,colour matching,tensile
strngth,stiffness,glossness,softness.....etc.

e)R&D for developing a good,efficient and safe hygienic

Achievements:

a)Establishing the company quality and environmental management system to the ISO 9001(including design) and ISO 14001 standards,and maintaining both.
b)Developing QC dept and reducing customer complaints by 50% within one year,as monitored by statistical analysis.
c)Establishing a strong statistical quality control system for products.

d)Improving performance and productivity of machines by monitoring the quality of product and trend analysis on machine impact on quality,knowing the reason of poor quality and adjusting or modifying machine accordingly.

2) Jordanian Pharmaceutical manufacturing Co (JPM),Amman-Jordan, Quality control (1-July-1996 18/2/1998):

Job Designation: Quality Control Analyst(with QA function).

Job Specific Duties:

a)Ensuring the quality of incoming raw materials for hygienic
products conform with required specifications,according to
FDA standards and pharmacoepeal standards(B.P or U.S.P),
as per assigned by an organized daily schedule set by QC
manager. Methods used for analysis include spectrophotometric
measurements,TLC,polarimetry,solvent extraction,assaying drug substances,moisture content by IR,physical testing,related substances,and more analysis.

b)Ensuring quality of in-process and semi-finished products
conform to requirements according to pharmacoepeal and FDA standards,and establishing the criteria for production continuation or stoppage for corrective action, as supported by documented checksheets.
Different lab methods were used: titration,extraction,spectrophotometer,complexation reactions,...etc.

c)Ensuring finished product conform to standards,and
packed properly/QA function, and reviewing the finished product file ,matching number of units,labelling,physical conformity and printing,closures,outer packing, product identification,batch numbers,production and expiry date and more checks.

d)Participating in analysis method validation,and testing linearity,selectivity,reproducibility of various analysis methods.
e)Following and implementing GMP,cGMP standards for the whole pharmaceutical plant along with company staff.

f)Documentation and record tracking/filing of QC results according to standards,securing easy and effective tracability and control and retesting of materials.

Achievements:

Performing more than 40,000 analysis runs of various medicinal raw materials and finished dosage forms including tablets,capsules,suppositories,suspensions,and syrups.
