 Checking DICE reports and rectifying problems, if any.
 Random checking of equipment modelled versus the latest equipment drawing available in EDC, and checking equipment origin points are correctly modelled. Random checking of equipment attributes to make sure all equipment have necessary attributes filled in.
 Random checking of lines for compliance with Piping Specs, correct choice of all piping components, connectivity check - no components in lines should be from LIMBOSPEC. Ensuring that no FORCE CONNECTs are done. Random checking of DRAFT output versus actual model.
 Obtain reports on DESPARAM's and verify correctness of dimensions (random check). Clearing Data Consistency reports, before issue of AFC isometrics.
 The transfer of 2D background files from PDMS to all Engineering groups as and when required.
 Implementation of multi-discipline clash management checks at predetermined stages. Obtain and pass on clash check reports for checking by users and make random checks to ensure all clashes are resolved.
 Generation of model files for REVIEW. Ensure the REVIEW macros are current and updated and correct PDMS design inputs as necessary.
 Development and checking of piping layouts
 Checking of fabrication isometrics.
 Material Take Off (MTO). Setting up default files in PDMS for MTO extraction for transfer to FOCUS system or IRP system.
 Pipe supporting in PDMS.
Prior to KPGI worked with Ion Exchange (I) Ltd. as Design Engineer & Programmer.

 Development of packages in C for Pipe Thickness calculations, Saddle Support calculations, Flange thickness calculations.
 Development of packages in Foxpro for Project Monitoring System.
 Valve Schedule & generation of P&IDs in AutoCAD through AutoLisp programs.

 Petrofac Ltd, Sharjah – Worked on deputation in Petrofac . Worked on Qatar Refineries – location Middle east. Worked on 3-D piping model development for Jaleha area in PDMS.
