Workshop Skills
Time served toolmaker:
I am fully trained in the use of conventional workshop equipment, milling machine, lathe, surface grinder, cylindrical grinder, tig and mig welder. I am also able to program a CNC EDM. In my current post I program a CNC machining centre using CAM software (feature mill), I can also use auto cad. The work I undertake involves 3D milling and the use of a wide variety of cutting tools, raw materials and work holding techniques.
