Job Profile:

I have to maintain all office file records viz. accounts register, attendance register, leave register, vehicle maintenance, stock assets register, salary register, ledger, inward-outward files, etc. manually as well as computerized. Handling of cash and correspondence independently. Day-to-day office routine work, keep close eye on expenses according to budget, purchasing, etc, is under my control. Letter drafting, data feeding, designing, color slides, OHP transparencies, Email, Internet surfing, Corresponding online, data processing, salary distribution and making Travel & Accommodation arrangements. I have to report directly to Medical Officer.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:

One-Year Diploma in Computer Applications from Universal Institute of Electronics (R), Rohtak in 1995.

Six months Certificate Course in Computer Hardware from Universal Institute of Electronics (R), Rohtak in 1995.
