Scope of Work :

Ø As a Site Superintendent, I have to see to it that the Schedule given by superior will be followed and executed on time.
Ø In-charge for about 120 people working on the Spillway of the Dam
Ø Form Works In-Charge for the construction of Galleries, Chute walls Left & Right, Main Drainage and its tributaries & Dental Clean-up.
Ø Concreting In-charge on all the areas involved under my supervision and see to it that the pouring activities meets to its highest quality & Standard.
Ø As a Superintendent, my main focus is the Safety of my people then working simultaneously with production.

B. SITE SUPERINTENDENT : (May 1999-October 1999)

Project San Roque Multi-Purpose Project Dam
Scope Of Works:
Ø Slope Stabilization & Erosion Control as a contractor to Raytheon Ebasco Overseas Ltd.
Ø In-charge of Road Elevation 165 upstream side of the Main Dam to be used as Hauling road and a diversion of water for proper drainage while the construction of Copper Dam is on going.
Ø In-charge of all the Buttress Fill around the Operators Village to satabilized the slope with 6-8m 90% compaction fill from the toe of the slope up to the top of the slope.
Ø Transferred to Spillway of the Dam to In-charge Excavation including the 5m widths of Drainage benches in preparation for the construction of the whole Spillway.

C: SITE MANAGER : (From December 1998 - May 1999)
COMPANY : FIL-ESTATE GOLF & DEVELOPMENT INC.

SCOPE OF WORK:
Ø As a Site Manager my main Duties and responsibilities is to over see the whole construction of the Golf Course and report directly to the Project Manager.

D: SITE SUPERINTENDENT (August 1996- Aril 1998)

Ø Responsible for the interpretation of the plans, in relation to the actual grading and shaping of the different features of the GOLF COURSE construction.
Ø Responsible for the whole operation controlling and managing the distribution of the manpower, materials and equipments for proper utilization and monitoring.
Ø In-charge of all rough and fine shaping stage up to the finishing touches of the golf course construction.
