4 Project planning and site preparation.
5 Supervision and execution of works and carrying out necessary quality tests and coordinating with external agencies such as water supply and sanitary, air conditioning, electrical, fire alarm and special agencies connected with the project and monitoring of the progress of works.
6 Check measurement of works at bill certification, reconciliation of materials, analysis of rate for extra items.
