Description :
This system consists of Four Modules 1.Registration 2. Benefit Payment 3. Contribution and 4. Medical, The Social Security Organization is Malaysia's Statutory authority organization, which administers the social security Act schemes, Providing protection to the works for several contingencies, namely employment injury including commuting accidents, occupational diseases, invalid and death. There are 44 local offices of SOCSO that needs to be connected to the Central server at the head office with the local server at some of the local offices. The Local Office, which does not have the local servers, will be connected to the GroupWare server at the head Office. The Objective of SOCSO schema is to guarantee timely and adequate benefit payment to the worker and his dependents in the event of contingency.

Currently SOCSO has all the modules in the Unisys Mainframe system. The Following modules need to be implemented in the new system.

1.Registration - The registration module deals with the registration of the employers and employees who will get the benefit is case of injury or death related to work.

2.Contribution - The Contribution module deals with the contribution from the employers and employee every month. Which can be used for the benefit payment processes. All the employees who are paid below RM 200 are liable to contribute the SOCSO under law. This module also deals with the enforcement related activities like taking actions against employers who have not paid the contribution in time.

3.Benefit Payments - This module deals with the benefits, which the employee or their dependent gets in case of any injury or death. There are different categories of benefit pertaining to different injury cases. The insured person gets the benefit in one installment or in installments life long as the case may be.

4. Medical Payment for Staff and Non-Staff - This module deals with the payment to the Hospitals, Clinics, Medical boards, NGO's and other related. The medical payments has been divided for the SOCSO staff and Non Staff.. Staff payment deals with the payment to the SOCSO employee and Non Staff payments deals with the payment to the insured persons.

Involved in the process of designing and implementing various Components of the project, which were integrated in this, Intranet based application. This application is Intranet based entry system. Company employees will be able to do most of their day-to-day activities on this site. The main objective of this application is to automate the work in various departments like Accounts, Payroll, Human Resource, Development, Marketing etc., Employees can send their quires directly to the concerned person and they can in turn send automatic response email from this system. With the help of this application employees can get any required information and can fill the leave application, time sheets and expense reports etc., online.

Further the application will be processed and sent with details to the concerned department for further action. Authorized people can view particular employee's details for the required period also. Marketing department employees of this company can also be able to enter day-to-day activity details from different locations. This information is stored in a central database of a respective employee. Further the authorized person can view the particular employee's details of the required period. Various components are designed in VB 6.0 and later they are embedded in Active Server Pages to provide classic end-user interactivity.

Description
The project was to implement the ON-LINE SHARE TRADING system on existing local area network based on the client server methodology. The central database server, which houses the database, provides the necessary data access to the clients. The client application software that connects to the database server having the central database after routine security check provides the following front-end functions. The Information window called the 'trading window' provides information about the present trading in terms of the individual quotes entered by the trading members.

The application software provides an ORDER ENTRY form with all the necessary details about the quantity, rate and sell/buy information etc. The system allows part dealing or full lot dealing of the securities. When the quote is released into the system the matching module starts the matching process based on the various constraint parameters passed to it and if it finds a match it completes the transaction and removes it from the present quote's table. When the transaction is completed confirmation is written to the completed transaction table.

The trading members are allowed read access to completed transaction table on their identity numbers through the database views. In addition to this the application software provides host of other facilities to aid the brokers in efficient trading.
