JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Company: Credence Transcription Pvt. Ltd is the sister concern of Credence Technologies Ltd, who are pioneer in software development and associates of Cbay Systems USA, who holds a 10% cliental base in USA. My Role in Credence: I joined Credence in February of 1999 and had undergone vigorous training in the areas of Proficiency in American English, Computers, Medicine and Medical Terminology etc., rendered by experts and secured A grade. We started Live Production in the month of August of 1999 and I have been assigned as Proof Reader.

My Role as a Proof Reader: As a Proof Reader, my responsibilities include, Transcribing files, Proof Reading other members files and increase the accuracy levels of the MTs. In February of 2000, I had been assigned additional responsibility of Account Coordinator/Mentor.

My Role as an Account Coordinator/Mentor: As an Account Coordinator, I have been assigned to take care of two hospital accounts via Long Beach Memorial Medical Center (1860) and Harbor Hospital (1701), wherein my responsibility includes to communicate with the MTs, and interacting with the US counterpart regarding errors, accuracy, discrepancy, etc., through E-mail and directing our MTs and Proof Readers accordingly.

In general, we have experience of transcribing files of eleven hospital accounts and we have transcribed files in the following areas:
