Communicate to both senior management, staff and both United States Air Force and Republic of Korea on aircraft scheduling, customs and immigration, and solicit feedback

Direct and coordinates airline station activities to provide services for scheduled flight operations

Directs preparation of work schedules to obtain optimum utilization of human resources and facilities

Organised and co-ordinated some of the largest live crisis management exercises sponsored by private industry. These allowed companies to measure their capabilities against agreed objectives and realistic goals as set by the participants and administrators of the exercise. The findings and observations made during the exercise indicated that the company needed to revisit training of its personnel in this area.
Ř Implemented a seamless approach of crisis management for a major mining company across six remote independent operations and the company’s head office. This process greatly reduced the company’s exposure to how to deal with a major business interruption.
