From March’88 to April 90

My carrier starts from M/s Maricor Engineering Constructions Chennai, registered government contractors, as SITE ENGINEER for 2 years.Experience in multi-storied framed structure, road & bridgers. Responsibilities includes site supervision, bill preparation, extract work from labours.

From April’ 90 to March 93

M/s M.G.S.Builders a leading contractor & building promotor both in Chennai, Trichy & Coimbatore. In the beginning joined as Site Engineer , within 6 months promoted as Project Engineer to a multi-storied framed super delux apartment construction. Responsibilities includes client co-ordination, staff control, estimation,quality checking, bills for both sub-contractors & clients, & labour control.

From April 93 to Jan’97 & April 99 to June 2000

M/s Subramaniam & co a government registered “A” class contractor having registered office at Ooty. First term worked as a Project Engineer & second term worked as Senior Engineer. Experience in drainage, water supply & other civil works. Responsibility includes bill preperation & payments, estimation,quantity sarveying labour control co-ordination with govt.officials & other related works.

From Feb’97 to Nov’98

M/s Yes Yen Builders, Coimbatore, one of a leading residential house promoters. Experience in group housing planning, estimation., quantity surveying construction. Responsibilities includes work extraction from sub-contractors, payments, client co-ordination, quality checking & related works.
