* Monthly data entry for Invoices, Payment Vouchers, Petty Cash Vouchers and Purchase Orders
* Prepare supplier ageing report and issue cheque to supplier
* Prepare monthly forecast cashflow and revenue and actual expenses
* Prepare invoices to customers, managing payment and any discrepancies on monthly invoices
* Prepare monthly management accounts and notes to accounts
* Liase with Transportation company for imports and exports requirements
* Manage petty cash, staff advances and loan
* Prepare costing for each machine built
