i'm in the final year of production engg.at BEANT COLLEGE OF ENGG. & TECH., GURDASPUR,PUNJAB(INDIA).i have done 6 month training at DCM ENGG PRODUCTS, ROPAR,PUNJAB,INDIA; which is an ISO certified company.
i have undertaken the projects regarding:

3.projects regarding HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
4.plant layout
