System of SIEMENS INDIA LTD., Calcutta.

Short description:
The system is being implemented in Visual Basic (5.0 Enterprise Edition) with MS Access 97 as the back-end database. Previously the Personnel department maintained all the information regarding the training of the Employees and the performance of the Employees in various training manually. To overcome those problems Personnel dept. decided to automate the system. There are twelve forms and six reports in the total system. The project has been undertaken with a view to provide a user-friendly approach to generate the required reports, individually and as a whole, on demand.
