Job responsibilities
 Component designing using Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD
 Co-coordinating with the sales & marketing people for the continuous improvement of a product
 Leading a team of four designers doing mainly product designing and tool designing (injection moulds, thermoforming moulds, extrusion dies) on Pro-Engineer(2000 i2), Acad-2000 as well as making NC programs for C.N.C. milling m/c. & to simulate the filling of moulds on Mould advisor mainly for:-
 Pipes & fittings like bends, elbows, and couplers.
 Conduit pipes for electrical usage & fittings like junction boxes, couplers, bends, electrical switches & related accessories. Press tools, jigs, fixtures used for manufacturing metal stampings to be used in electrical switches.
 Disposable cutlery like plates, cups, glasses, lids, trays etc.
 Window covering items like blinds, louvers, rails, gears, and hooks.
 Modifications in the existing product & tooling drawings as per the customer requirements.

 Independently designed a full outer body & inner lining of fridge used in super markets.
 Designed a complete range of decorative switches and socket plates together with the tooling for the same.
