Organization: Sabero Organics Gujarat Limited, Bhilad.

Post: Assist Production Engineer.
Tenure: From November 2002 to March 2003.
Area of Operations:
►Incharge of production of Glyphosate powder and liquid (around 2.5 TPD).
►To prepare, maintain and work on the daily production logsheets, samplings and material record etc.

Organization: Hindustan Lever Limited, Sewri, Mumbai.
Post: Graduate Trainee Engineer.
Tenure: From September 2001 to September 2002.
Area of Operations:
►To supervise soap manufacturing operations, co-ordinate the production.
►Gained training in DiverseyLever department in R&D of the detergents powders, liquid soaps and shampoos.
►Worked on the HAZOPs, TRAs of the various operations and units in the factory as a part of the safety team, during my training period.

PROJECTS:

► Successful Completion of B.E.Final Year Project titled-
“ MANUFACTURE OF BARIUM TITANATE POWDER ”
It covered the various methods of production of the product including the costing, layout, material and energy balances and details of the machinery and the process separately.

► Under the supervision of the Technical Manager of DiverseyLever Department of HLL, worked at institutional laundries at Mumbai and Chennai, for three months for the trial of an industrial detergent. The project involved the alteration in the formulations for optimized results.
