 Sole responsible of the Quality Control Department for the 100% cotton Spinning unit to produce 1.5 lacks kgs/ month of yarn in 40s conversion and annual turn over 18 cores of rupees/year.
 Tackling several types of problems of different magnitudes in decision making as well as taking corrective and preventive action in the field of quality control both for the managerial and the technical aspect.
 Engaged me for the selection of cotton and look after the quality control operation for the production of 25000 spindles and count range 10s-60s.
 Look after for the collection of the samples from the process, testing the product to maintain the standard.
 Look after for the unification, codification and standardization of the product and to minimize the cost of production.
